President
Having established her own successful career in healthcare administration and management, she saw an opportunity to help others like herself just entering the workforce.
In her role as President, Alina is responsible for the overall operation of the organization and the development of strategies that align with the company's mission.
In 2011, Alina received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Systems Management and Administration, from George Mason University. Graduated cum laude Alina received a certificate in acknowledgement of superior academic achievement in healthcare administration. Being a member of Upsilon Phi Delta National Honor Society, she aligns with the mission to promote quality, excellence and dedication in the profession of healthcare administration and management.
In 2012, she received a certificate of appreciation as a preceptor in health administration. Prior to developing her own company, Alina began her career in business management since she was 16 years old working with her father on a family business back in Europe. After college she decided to move to the United States and continued her studies in healthcare. Since 2011, she works as an office manager for a recently award winning dentistry clinic in Ashburn, Virginia. She is contributing to develop a strategic management and marketing module for the practice that currently helped the growth of the business over the expectations. In parallel she works on finding the right solutions for other healthcare practices and organizations.
